A year on from controversial cuts to the Traws Cymru bus route timetable and people reliant on public transport in rural Dwyfor Meirionnydd have been well and truly abandoned, according to local Plaid Cymru Senedd Member Mabon ap Gwynfor.

A driver from Pen Llŷn has been nominated for a prestigious award recognising the skills of minibus drivers.
Patrick McAteer who lives in Morfa Nefyn drives for community transport provider O Ddrws i Ddrws. He is one of only four from across Wales and England who’ve been invited to the MiDAS 30th Celebration and Award Ceremony at Aintree in October.
