Save Caernarfon Post Office

We call on the Post Office to safeguard face-to-face, over-the-counter services in Caernarfon. 

At a time when the Post Office should be working to restore trust and public confidence in its services, the proposal to close the Caernarfon branch rides roughshod over the needs of customers.

We urge the Post Office to re-think any plans to close this important local branch.

    From a business perspective this would be catastrophic. Almost every single day I am either posting my business products to customers nation & world wide and / or receiving deliveries from numerous suppliers. The Post Office is the ONLY place I can any longer pay in cash payments from my customers. If the PO close then I will have to stop taking cash altogether as there will be nowhere I can pay in. It’s hard to believe that a post office that is busy every time I visit, is being considered for closure, in the capital town of Gwynedd, and the heartland of Gwynedd government.
